DH02 Anti-Bird Trainer
♦ Main Application:
1. Design: Main body 50*80*T2.5 rectangular tubing, door frame 50*100 rectangular tubing, ABS protective panel (semi-transparent frosted finish).
2. Steel: National standard Q235 steel, counterweight 96+4.66KG, with internal shock-absorbing pads. (Single counterweight weighs 7KG, counterweight hole spacing 180mm).
3. Process: Imported laser cutting – intelligent robot welding – surface shot blasting and rust removal – closed-loop fully automatic electrostatic spraying.
4. Accessories: Imported steel wire rope “seven strands nineteen wires” steel wire rope, 4.8MM diameter; Seat adjustment structure: roller + torsion spring adjustment.
5. High-density compressed sponge seat cushion, high thermoplastic elastomer PVC material handle (double-through round tube handle cover) with two-piece handle cover, not easy to break, improving product durability.
6. Pulleys: Standard nylon pulleys. 7. Label: Door top logo label (aluminum alloy).
8. Pull pin cap: Standard configuration uses nylon end caps (standard black). See the image below.
9. Magnetic pin: Standard configuration uses nylon end caps (standard black).
10. Counterweight guide rod uses a φ20 solid chrome-plated optical shaft.
11. Enamel disc material: High-molecular-weight polyethylene; Standard counterweight weight (KG): 96+4.6; Optional weight (KG): ①117+4.6 ②138+4.6.
12. Instrument net weight (KG): 228.
