3. The product uses a one-piece molded polyurethane foam seat cushion, ensuring both stability and comfort during training; seat, backrest, and round cushion: high-density PU foam material, 1.2mm thick high-quality leather, colors optional.
4. The seat cushion adjustment uses a rubber card slot configuration, convenient, quick, and highly safe.
5. The product is manufactured using international high-end production processes—laser cutting, automatic robotic welding, precision CNC machine tools, and other production equipment to achieve cutting-edge standard tooling operations.
6. Sandblasting and electrostatic spraying processes complement each other; baking paint process: immersion pretreatment process, full surface phosphating film, electrostatic powder spraying; a special double-coating process, with one layer of protective glaze, ensures the equipment’s aesthetics and corrosion resistance.
7. It has an independent counterweight stack, providing independent divergent and convergent movements. The reverse grip and overhead pivot provide a natural arc of motion and neutral wrist positioning. Seat adjustment offers additional stability.
