2. The main frame is constructed from 76.2 x 38.1 x 3 mm imperial tubing and high-precision welded steel tubing, highlighting strength and a solid, substantial appearance.
3. The product uses an integrally molded polyurethane foam seat cushion. Its firmness ensures a stable training path while providing comfort and durability. Seat, backrest, and round pads: high-density PU foam, covered with 1.2 mm premium leather; colors are optional.
4. Cushion adjustment uses a rubber locking support, making adjustment quick and convenient while ensuring a high level of safety.
5. The product is manufactured using advanced international production processes, including laser cutting, robotic welding, and precision CNC machining, to achieve high-standard production and assembly.
6. Sandblasting for rust removal and electrostatic powder coating work together. The finishing process includes immersion pretreatment, full-surface phosphating, and electrostatic powder coating. A double-coating process is specially adopted, with a protective glazed layer to ensure an attractive appearance and strong corrosion resistance.
7. The biceps curl unit features independent weight stacks, allowing independent diverging and converging movements. Pad and seat adjustments provide a neutral wrist position and optimal body positioning.
